Become a Trainer

One of the key areas in which AWAM tries to make a difference is through running gender-sensitisation and empowerment trainings for various sectors of the public, including students, policymakers, police, medical personnel, teachers, HR departments and employees, as well as our own members and other human rights activists. Our members help to develop and run these trainings, and AWAM ensures that members keen on becoming or developing their skills as trainers have adequate opportunity to do so. Come be a part of this programme! We especially seek trainers who are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Tamil. You will need to first register and be approved for membership in AWAM. Be sure to note your interest in this area of work, and we will be in touch with you!
