AWAM carries out special projects from time to time to achieve our objectives. We currently run two:

• The Writers for Women's Rights Programme (WWRP) - Training young women to discover, discourse, articulate and express their feminist concerns in the media.
• The National Media Monitoring Survey (NMMS) - A project involving a survey of gender sensitivity in the media and its practitioners.
