"Say NO to Sexual Harassment"
Our sexual harassment training focuses on awareness-raising at the workplace. Most of the corporate trainings conducted by AWAM have been on this topic. Through an easy-to-understand video presentation, participants discuss:
- What constitutes sexual harassment;
- Societal misconceptions about sexual harassment;
- How to come up with workplace solutions; and
- Different policy and legal approaches related to this topic.
Together with the Women's Development Collective, AWAM launched a sexual harassment package - containing training modules for employees and management - in the last quarter of 2005.
