This book is based on a year-long study on the implementation of the Code of Practice on the Prevention and Eradication of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace in six selected companies in Malaysia conducted by the All Women’s Action Society (AWAM) and the Women Development Collective (WDC). The book covers issues such as the extent of sexual harassment among employers and employees, legal provisions, best practices and the impact of the Code of Practice on companies and on their staff.  It is the first study to critically assess the effectiveness of the Code of Practice.
